How to pick the right taxi in Goa for your trip, whether you are landing at the airport, touring for the day or travelling as a big group.
Most bookings start with a short WhatsApp message: where you are, where you need to go, when, and how many people are travelling. We suggest the vehicle that fits your group and luggage, quote the fare for that route and date, and share the driver’s details before pickup.
We handle one-way rides, return trips, full-day hire and multi-day itineraries, with vehicles from a Wagon-R hatchback to a 45-seat bus. Every vehicle comes with a driver.
Use a local taxi for point-to-point trips: hotel to beach, restaurant to hotel, Panjim to Old Goa, or a Friday market run to Mapusa. If you have several stops in one day, car rental with driver for the full day is usually simpler: the same driver stays with you and your bags stay in the car.
For two to four people a Swift Dzire is enough. Families of five or six with suitcases are better off in an Innova Crysta, and executives often choose the Honda City or Innova Hycross.
Goa has two airports at opposite ends of the state, so check which one is on your ticket. Mopa (GOX) in Pernem is closer to North Goa: about 30 to 35 minutes to Arambol and Morjim, 45 minutes to Anjuna and Vagator, and about an hour to Baga, Calangute and Candolim. Dabolim (GOI) near Vasco is closer to Panjim (about 40 to 50 minutes) and South Goa, with Colva, Benaulim and Margao around 40 minutes away.

A typical North Goa tour starts at Fort Aguada and Sinquerim, moves up through Candolim, Calangute and Baga, and ends at Anjuna, Vagator and Chapora Fort for sunset. Private tours by AC car start from ₹1,800.
A South Goa tour usually covers the Old Goa churches, Panjim, Miramar and Dona Paula, ending on the beaches of Colva or Benaulim; guests further south can plan a day around Palolem, Agonda and Cabo de Rama. Private tours start from ₹2,000. The driver waits at each stop and drops you back at your hotel.
