A standard day is 8 hours / 80 km counted from 10am to 6pm. Extra hours are billed at ₹200/hr (₹300/hr for larger vehicles) and extra km at vehicle-specific rates.
Yes — every vehicle in our fleet is fully air-conditioned and regularly maintained for your comfort and safety.
A fixed charge of ₹500 applies if the driver is required after 12am midnight. This covers all vehicle sizes.
Manohar International Airport (Mopa) is North Goa's newest international airport, located in Pernem taluka about 35 km from Panaji. It serves both domestic and international flights.
Dabolim (GOI) is the older Goa airport in South Goa near Vasco da Gama. Mopa (Manohar International) is the new airport in North Goa. We serve both — just let us know which one when booking.
Yes! We monitor flight status and adjust pickup time accordingly. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait. This is included in our standard airport pickup service.

Tour prices cover the taxi and driver only. Entry fees for forts, parks, museums, spice plantations, boat rides etc. are paid separately by travellers at the venue.
The Dudhsagar jeep safari is typically available October–June. It may be restricted during monsoon (July–September). Always confirm when booking.

We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfer. Payment is usually at the end of the trip unless arranged otherwise in advance.
Yes — modifications and cancellations can be made by contacting us on WhatsApp. We recommend doing so at least a few hours before the scheduled pickup time.
