Yes. Every vehicle is cleaned and sanitised before pickup, with working AC, clean seat covers, working charging points and a first-aid kit on board. Vehicles are regularly serviced and safety-checked.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the pickup time are generally free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a nominal charge. Peak-season and multi-day bookings may have separate terms, which are shared in writing at the time of booking.
Yes. We arrange outstation Tempo Traveller trips from Goa to Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Belgaum, Hubli, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, Gokarna and Ratnagiri. All inter-state permits, tolls and driver allowances are included in the quoted outstation rate.
