1. How do I book a cab from Old Goa?
You can book instantly by clicking any “Book on WhatsApp” button on the site. It will open a pre‑filled
WhatsApp chat with our driver. Simply confirm your pick‑up location, destination, and preferred time.
2. What are your rates?
Our rates are transparent and based on distance. For most routes within Goa the charge ranges from
₹350 to ₹1,200. A detailed fare list is sent as soon as you specify the exact destination.
3. Are the drivers licensed & insured?
Yes. All Goataxis drivers hold a valid Goa Transport Permits (GTP) and the vehicles are fully
insured under the Motor Vehicle Act.
4. Can I book a cab in advance?
Absolutely! Send us a WhatsApp message with the date, time, and destination at least 2‑3 hours in
advance, and we will reserve a vehicle for you.
5. Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes – we operate 24 × 7 airport transfers to and from Dabolim Airport. The fare includes waiting time
for flight delays (up to 30 minutes). For longer delays, a nominal extra charge applies.
6. What payment methods are accepted?
Cash is accepted, and we also support digital payments via Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, and direct
bank transfer. The driver will provide a QR code upon arrival.
7. Is there a minimum fare?
The minimum fare for any short trip within Old Goa or its immediate suburbs is ₹350 (including
all taxes).
8. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pick‑up time are free. If you cancel later, a
nominal charge of ₹100 is applied to cover the driver’s time.
9. Are pets allowed in the cab?
Small pets are welcome, provided they are in a carrier. For larger animals please contact us in
advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
10. How do I give feedback?
After the ride, you will receive a short WhatsApp message asking for feedback. Your rating and comments
help us maintain service quality and reward our best drivers.
